An Invitation

You’re Invited

Travel has shaped our story, so it felt only natural to begin this next chapter — getting married in Santorini as we sail through the Mediterranean.

We would love to celebrate with you, but we understand this is a big commitment. Your love and support mean so much to us, near or far.

Travel Details

Can I attend without taking the cruise?

Of course — and please know we hold no expectations either way. We understand that the trip to Greece is no small thing, and your love and support already mean the world to us, near or far. But if the cruise isn't quite right for you and you'd still love to be there, you're warmly welcome to fly directly into Santorini for the day.

Plan your flight to arrive in Santorini (JTR) on or before June 1st. The day begins at 12:00 pm at our villa — feel free to come relax by the pool, freshen up, and get ready on site with us before the ceremony.

How do I get to the cruise departure port?

The ship departs from Civitavecchia, roughly 80 km northwest of Rome. There are two practical ways to arrive:

Arrive the day before. Fly into Rome (FCO) a day early and stay overnight in Rome or near Civitavecchia. This is the recommended option — it buffers against flight delays and lets you board rested.

Arrive the same day. Only viable if your flight lands in Rome with several hours of margin. From FCO or Roma Termini, take the train to Civitavecchia (about 1 hour from Termini), then a short taxi to the pier. Plan to be at the port well before the 3:00 pm boarding cutoff.

What should I wear?

Beach-wedding attire — and inspired by the endless Aegean and the cerulean rooftops of Santorini, we invite you to be our something blue. 💙

  • June 1st in Santorini: typically 75–80°F (24–27°C) during the day. The ceremony is outdoors in the evening.
  • The route from ship → tender → port → cable car → venue is hot and sweaty — plan accordingly.
  • Three shared bathrooms on site for touch-ups as needed.
  • There is a pool at the venue — feel free to bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes.
What is the schedule during the cruise?

This is a shared vacation, not a guided tour. There's no daily itinerary — everyone is free to explore each port, relax on the ship, or plan excursions however they'd like. We won't be together as a group every day, and that's the point.

The only two planned group moments:

  • Main dining, same table, every night. We'll hold a standing reservation at the same table in the main dining room throughout the cruise. Join whenever you'd like — any night, every night, or none at all.
  • Santorini — June 1st. Our day in Santorini is the one full group event. Everything else is yours to shape.
